Pancakes, Marvel Superheros and Real Girls Eat Cake

Pancakes, Marvel Superheros and Real Girls Eat Cake

Cooking & Fangirling

Pancakes

Ok. So yesterday which was Sunday. I and my cousins got up to some mischief in the kitchen and we decided to make pancakes, Mmmhm!

So all we need was:
  • 100g of plain flour (basically any flour was do I suppose)
  • 1 large egg
  • 300ml of milk
  • oil or melted butter - for the frying in the pan
  • pinch of salt
1. So firstly you would sift the flour to add air into the flour and a pinch of salt into the bowl. Then you will need to break you egg and gradually pour in your milk and slowly mix the mixture together in your bowl. Beat through your mixture so there are not any lump left by the flour then pour in the rest of the milk and mix again.

2. Heat your oil and butter whatever you are using while frying, then pour in your mixture. I don't really know the amount for pouring. Just pour as much are you want. The amount you feel like is enough to you. Because I just basically guessed myself. I cooked on a medium flame so yes, it was probably around 40-55 seconds for the pancake the turn golden brown until I flipped it around.
3. I flipped my pancake around by using a cooking palette.

4. Add toppings when  finished
5. Eat! Enjoy! Relax!

Eventually it was time to eat the pancake. You can add as many toppings as you like for your pancake. From unhealthy chocolate and syrups to sweets to fruit! YUMMAY!

My toppings on my pancake were:
  • Nutella
  • Bananas
  • Ice Cream
Mind you, my pancake was delicious. Vanilla Ice Cream, Nutella and Bananas. I was going to add some strawberries too but someone in the house had ate them all, so I had bananas. At least I have one of my five a days:)

Marvels Superheros

I and my 3-year old cousin decided to play Marvel Superheros, until I pretended to possessed him. He took it too seriously and started crying. Ever since 'The Amazing SpiderMan 2' has been in cinemas hes been obsessed with Spiderman. So when we was playing Marvel Superheros he was Spiderman and I was Batman and Iron Man. I have a lot of fun LOLS.

Until I made him cry by possessing him obviously. I think I suit the Batman mask. I shall be Bat Woman:)

Janoskians: Real Girls Eat Cake

OK. This is the fangirling part. So today Monday, the 12th of May of course - Janoskians released a new song.
If you don't know about the Janoskians well they are basically comedy YouTubers. They are not singers, they are just YouTubers. They do swear a lot mind. So yes.

In this song it also contains swear words. So yes. Just a warning.

We also got the hashtag trending worldwide in UK #RealGirlsEatCakeMusicVideo
In this music video there are lyrics like:

'I don't need a girl that worry about a thigh gap. I like the way you don't give a shit about that, your still sexy if you eat more than a salad on the date, WHOA. Real Girls Eat Cake'

In this line it makes girls realise that they don't need a thigh gap just to be someones perfect girl.

The Fault in Our Stars

The Fault in Our Stars

If you ever seen my Tumblr blog you would have been able to seen my review of The Fault in Our Stars, but it's been a while back. So I'm going to re-write it well basically do a little throwback about the book before I introduce more about the latest posts and other shizz.

Review~

Published: 10th January 2012
Author: John Green
Genre: Young Adult Literature
Characters: Hazel Grace Lancaster, Augustus Waters, Issac, Kaitlyn, Peter Van Houten, Patrick, Lidewij Vliegenthart, Mr & Mrs Lancaster and Mr & Mrs Waters

The Blurb: "Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that is bought for a few years. Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group. Hazel's story is about to be completely rewritten."

I am personally not the person to read, in fact I hate reading. I never really liked reading. But since I've read this book I love reading - especially John Green books!

I literally have no words for this book expect for FANTASTIC! This book will make you cry. Well I certainly did and I literally just cannot wait for the film to be out starring the amazing Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort. It think it would be a brilliant film and I think I would need to take a box of tissues to go and watch the film.

If you haven't read this book then I will certainly recommend this book for you guys to read. It's basically about 2 cancer patients that met in a support group and eventually fell in love. You go through a lot in this book. You cry, you laugh, you smile. Probably one of the best books I've read so far about love/romance!

TFIOS Film

If you didn't know but The Fault in Our Stars will be coming out this Summer, worldwide screenings. Well I just can't wait but I do totally recommend reading the book before you go to watch the film otherwise it would just totally spoil the book because I was in the middle of reading The Moral Instruments: City of Bones then I watched the film and never actually got back to reading the book. So yes. I would definitely recommend reading the book first!

If you are unsure when the film is out in your country then check out the picture above!

The director of the film is Josh Boone and apparently the trailer of The Fault in Our Stars has broken One Direction's record of views. Well WOW.

Also..

Anybody know about Troye Sivan? The YouTuber? Well Troye did a little song about The Fault in Our Stars. It's quite of a strong song I reckon. I loved the way there was also two cancer patients in video known to be Kimmy and Montana, they are two cancer patients.
If you listen to the lyrics carefully it would make you cry. It made me cry.
