Happy New Year everyone!

Ok. So tomorrow (23rd January) is my cousin's fifth birthday party! Time has literally gone by so quickly. So today I decided I'll do a very quick blog post because last year I remember I blogged about my cousins party - basically what I wore and stuff but this year I won't be doing that sadly because I won't have enough time, but you can check out last years Party Blog! :)
So, you may or may not know I have had braces since August and I used to have a habit of biting my nails but ever since I have had braces, I haven't been able to bite my nails which means what I have been able to grow my nails!
When I used to bite my nails, I never really used to apply on nail polish other than very nudey colours, which you wouldn't really be able to notice but considering tomorrow is my cousins birthday party and I decided to wear a light colour outfit I decided to paint my nails a light colour.
I have used Barry M 'Speedy' Quick Dry In A Flash nail polish. I bought this recently when I went to Superdrug to pick up brow gel but I was also looking for a light coloured nail polish that would go with my outfit and 'In A Flash' was the shade I went for!
I firstly applied on Barry M Iron Mani Nail Harder which I only found out about in November time? And I absolutely love it. I usually would use the Sally Hansen Nail Harder but that is pretty pricey but with the price of £3.99 you can't go wrong with Barry M - Iron Mani nail
polish!
Once I applied on my Nail Harder which is going to strengthen my nails and also be the base coat, I used my Barry M 'Speedy' Quick Dry - In A Flash light pink nail polish and I had to put two coats of that polish on because one coat wasn't enough. After I wanted for my polish to dry and then decided to add some golden shimmers on top. Once again, this nail polish is from Barry M and it's the limited edition polish which you can sadly no longer get. But, you can use any type of gold glitter if you wanted too or you don't need to apply on any glitter if you don't want too!
When I have finished I got a couple of cotton buds, dipped them in nail polish remover and removed the excess nail polish around my nails and then washed my hands and used some Zoella Wonder Hand moisturizer which makes my hands shine and get them soft.
And that's basically it for these cute pink shimmery nails which are suitable to wear everyday (other than school)!
I hope you have enjoyed this short blog! :)
